Our Principles

We prioritise working with environmentally responsible suppliers. Consumables provided in our homes, such as toiletries, cleaning products and household essentials, are selected for their sustainable sourcing, reduced packaging and minimal environmental impact.
• Energy Efficiency & Carbon Reduction:
Homes are fitted with energy-efficient lighting wherever feasible and we continuously assess opportunities to reduce energy use across our collection. We are exploring the introduction of renewable energy solutions where possible, with the goal of lowering our overall carbon footprint.
• Sustainable Mobility:
Several of our homes are equipped with electric vehicle (EV) charging points, supporting guests who choose low-emission transport. We are committed to expanding this network as our portfolio grows.
• Waste Management & Circular Practices:
We promote waste reduction by choosing reusable, recyclable or compostable products wherever possible. Recycling facilities are made available in our homes and we continue to seek ways to reduce single-use plastics.
• Community & Local Impact:
