A R2R/R2SA is where you secure a property by offering the property owner a fixed term guaranteed rental income, allowing for the property to have agreements in place, usually a company let, to allow us to manage this property under our serviced accommodation brand. This is very similar to a long let and can be more beneficial as the property will be kept in impeccable show home condition throughout the term of the tenancy, limiting your landlord duties, where reasonable. We Stay would cover all bills and utilities associated with this property as well as the security deposit, the same as a long-term tenant.
A company let is normally agreed on a 3 – 5 year term, allowing for long term security for the landlord and to allow us and the property to succeed in the short let market.
We Stay will offer you guaranteed month rental income for a duration of 3-5 years. This allows security for the landlord for the duration of the term. This would be on a company let, ‘rent to rent’ basis as We Stay would then manage the property on a corporate short-term rental model. With our guaranteed rental offer, regardless of the number of booking we have for a particular month, you will still receive your rent, even if we have had no bookings.

Your property will be kept in impeccable show home condition throughout the term of the tenancy, courtesy of our team of professional cleaners and we also have our own gardening and landscaping team to ensure the outside of the property is kept in exceptional condition. We can also offer quarterly inspections on the property if you so wish.
