This duplex apartment sleeps 4 guests in two upstairs double bedrooms. There is a modern bathroom and wc downstairs and an ensuite in one of the upstairs doubles. High quality mattresses, linens and luxury towels are provided to ensure a peaceful and comfortable nights’ sleep.

Conditioning House is located on a safe and quiet street in a central location, only a 5 minute walk from the main central shopping district, The Broadway Shopping Centre, and 2 train stations. Coupled with an array of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy reach meaning you don’t have to drive or take public transport.

If you do need to travel a little further afield, there are bus routes servicing the main road around the corner, and easy collection points for Ubers and Taxis.

Being so centrally located, all areas of the city are walkable. Conditioning House is just a 2 minute walk from Forster Square Shopping Park where you can grab a Costa Coffee and browse the shops on offer. The University of Bradford is a 20 minute walk away and Bradford Royal Infirmary is 2 miles from the apartment.

Conditioning house is a gated building with complete security, there is an outdoor courtyard with tables and benches, ideal for enjoying the sunshine during your stay.
There is also free on street parking outside the apartment on a first come first served basis.
