East Leake is a picturesque village brushing the borders of Nottinghamshire, Loughborough, and Leicestershire. Surrounded by quaint, cosy pubs and glorious walks in nature. This property will guarantee to be the perfect component to any of your chosen travel requirements.

You can look forward to strolling in a multitude of local country parks, playing golf at The Rushcliffe Golf Club, which is only 10 minutes away, and visiting the exemplary Whatton House; an English Country Garden in the Heart of Leicestershire, which regularly hosts seasonal events for the whole family such as Easter in Wonderland.

The farmhouse is not only a relaxing holiday destination, but a practically located property close to East Midlands airport. East Leake has direct transfer links to the airport and also connects to major roads such as the A60 and A6006, as well as being within five miles of the M1 motorway, making it the perfect rest-bite or base for travelling employees, airport staff or pilots looking for a home away from home whilst travelling for work. East Midlands parkway train station also only 10 minutes away.

The farmhouse is a real blend of old and new with spacious bright rooms that invite the sunshine in as well as cosy rooms to snuggle up in.

The East Leake Farmhouse boasts modern 17th century character and tireless features such as solid oak beams, high ceilings and farmhouse country slate flooring.

The farmhouse can sleep up to 10, 8 adults & 2 children, comfortably in 4 double bedrooms. Our master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a roll top bath.

Our second and third bedroom are both doubles with a 'jack and jill' bathroom.

We have a further family room on the third floor which consists of a double bed and a double sofa bed with a separate toilet and sink.

There is also one more shower downstairs next to the utility room.

Please enquire if you would like to bring a dog with you for your stay.
