Tythe Cottage is a three-bedroom characterful cottage located in the charming hamlet of Lenchwick within the Vale of Evesham. The peaceful Medieval market town hugs the banks of the River Avon as it gently makes its way from Stratford Upon Avon to Tewkesbury.
The Vale of Evesham has been regarded as ‘the fruit and vegetable basket of England’. It is internationally renowned for its production of asparagus and has gained a much sought after reputation for producing the highest quality produce. This area of Worcestershire is perfect for friends, families, explorers and foodies who are looking for a quintessential country escape on the doorstep of the Cotswolds.
This quintessential cottage offers three bedrooms, making it suitable for accommodating up to six guests. This is perfect for families or small groups of friends and colleagues looking for a cosy and comfortable place to stay. The cottage’s layout is designed to provide an ideal setting for quality time together, whether it’s a family vacation or a small group getaway, the cottage is tailored to ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Tythe Cottage offers contemporary and modern décor with rustic elements of exposed timber beams and traditional stonework’s gives the cottage a unique and inviting charm. The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated, with neutral tones and plush soft furnishings. The bedrooms have high quality hotel linen and towels so you can truly relax in luxury and comfort. The third bedroom has a day bed which can be set up as a single or double depending on your group’s requirements.
The main bathroom, with bath and overhead shower is conveniently located between the bedrooms.
The downstairs of the cottage comprises of an open plan kitchen and dining space with traditional farmhouse sink and range cooker. The dining area has a beautiful table, seating up to eight guests. This is an ideal space for a quick breakfast or a more formal meal in the evening. The lounge area, with exposed stone walls, has a traditional log burner perfect for those colder winter evenings. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which could provide additional sleeping for up to two guests. (additional fees apply)
There is a small lawned garden to the rear of the property, with a patio set. This is an ideal space to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or for your furry friends to stretch their legs. There is allocated parking for one car in the car port. Additional cars will need to be parked on street.
The cottage is ideally located to experience the wonders of the Cotswolds as well as Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Cheltenham.
