Step inside into a welcoming entrance hall. To the right, you'll find a cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove, flowing into a comfortable lounge and a peaceful reading room, creating plenty of space for everyone to unwind while enjoying views of the surrounding countryside.
The reading room leads through to a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed for entertaining and everyday living. Large doors open onto the patio and your very own private meadow, allowing you to make the most of the peaceful outdoor setting. The fully equipped kitchen includes an American-style fridge freezer with a water dispenser, along with everything you'll need for preparing meals during your stay. A separate utility room and a downstairs WC make the property particularly well suited to extended visits.
Upstairs, there are three generously sized bedrooms, each offering ample storage. Two bedrooms feature king-size zip-and-link beds, which can be configured as either twin or king beds upon request, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. The spacious master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. A family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms and includes a full-sized bath with hand-held shower.
Outside, guests can relax on the private patio overlooking the meadow, with the beautiful grounds of the Nevill Holt Estate providing a peaceful backdrop throughout your stay.
