Our place is a brand new, luxury, high specification city centre apartment in a fantastic location for accessing all the major attractions and amenities within Birmingham.
The apartment is lovely and light with a great sized open plan kitchen and lounge area, ideal for families, couples or business trips.
This is a beautiful 2 double bedroomed apartment that can sleep up to 6 guests.
Our apartment has two bedrooms, both with a double bed. Available is a wardrobe/clothes rail and side tables with plenty of room for your belongings. In the lounge we have a sofa, side chair and a very comfortable sofa bed. In the dining space you have a cozy table with chairs. The apartment is always well stocked with fresh linens and towels for guests. We welcome all guests, however we ask that you treat our home with respect and enjoy it!
Please familiarise yourselves with the house rules which must be adhered to during your stay:
• Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or within the building
• No parties or event to take place within the apartment or main building
• Only registered guests to occupy the property
• We have a strict zero tolerance to the use of drugs within the premises.
• Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the property
• No pets allowed inside.
Any sign of these house rules being broken will result in the guest being asked to leave immediately.
