Space

Approaching Wolds End House, you are greeted by an enchanting scene, the property dates to the 18th century, is set back from the road and framed by a low dry-stone wall. The exterior is adorned with distinctive arched windows and a lattice entrance porch that immediately captures the attention of all.

The fusion of rustic charm and modern conveniences is evident throughout Wolds End House, particularly noticeable in the kitchen and bathrooms. These spaces seamlessly blend creating a comfortable and functional living environment.

The lounge exudes glamour and elegance with its plush fixtures, opulent cream sofas and large extravagant artwork. The bay window at the front frames the view of the beautiful English country front garden, while the two windows at the back allow ample natural light to cascade into the room. In the colder months, the lounge area can be warmed by the crackling log burner, creating a cosy and inviting space for everyone to unwind and relax.

The dining room, located on the other side of the hallway, has a grand extendable dining table with beautiful high backed cream chairs. The substantial fireplace is the main visual point of the room. The dining room is a perfect place for a more formal dining experience, such as special occasion or an event. The dining room is connected to the modern kitchen. The kitchen boasts a central black granite island that complements the Sandyford range cooker and ceiling timbers. The kitchen is well equipped and has some luxury finishes such as a coffee machine and Le Creuset cookware. It is an inviting room with quaint window seats at either end, offering views of the front garden and through into the back sunroom.

From the kitchen you can also access the downstairs WC as well as the utility room.

From the main hallway, you are greeted by a charming staircase leading to the stretch landing with well-placed window seats. At the end of the landing, you have the Master Bedroom, the Turner Suite.
