The renovation and furnishing process is one of the largest expenses when setting up an SA property and is arguably the most significant contributing factor to an SA’s success to optimise occupancy levels and ADR’s.
This may include; bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation, full furniture packages and other furnishings throughout plus painting and decorating to ensure the property meets the standards set out by We Stay and our strict criteria.
